J.D. Irving, Limited has announced plans for a new Atlas Structural Systems plant for Grand Falls, New Brunswick. The plant will manufacture roof, wall, and floor systems, creating 30 new jobs.
The Town Of Grand Falls today approved the application to rezone the 88 Powers Road Kent Building Supplies location in Grand Falls, enabling it to be converted into the Atlas Structural Systems manufacturing facility. Construction for this plant is planned to begin in June 2022 and expected to be completed in July 2022.
A new Kent Building Supplies store will be moved to the former Grand Cinema 3 location in Grand Falls, New Brunswick. Upon completion, all Kent staff will be moved from the previous location at 88 Powers Road to the new location.
