“This milestone reflects the commitment our team brings to safety every single day,” said Peter MacNeill, General Manager of Irving Wallboard. “Eleven years without a lost time incident doesn’t happen by chance. It’s the result of consistent attention, personal responsibility and people looking out for one another.”
At Irving Wallboard, safety is driven by a proactive safety culture rooted in consistent day‑to‑day practices and collaboration. Ongoing safety talks, thoughtful planning and open dialogue across the site support early hazard identification and prompt action, fostering a workplace where people look out for one another and take pride in working safely.
