Irving Wallboard Celebrates 10 Years Without a Lost Time Incident

Irving Wallboard has achieved an impressive safety milestone: 10 years without a lost-time incident. This accomplishment was reached on February 10th, 2025, marking 3,653 days or over 2.1 million labour hours worked.  

This record is one of the longest-running safety achievements across all J.D. Irving, Limited companies, showcasing Irving Wallboard's unwavering commitment to safety excellence.

This achievement is not just about numbers – it’s about every person going home safe to their families, every day," said Peter MacNeill, General Manager. 

Irving Wallboard’s proactive approach to safety includes daily safety talks, thorough pre-task planning and hazard identification. The team’s open communication and follow-up on safety has fostered a culture of care and vigilance.
