More than 50 new graduates have previously completed work terms with the company.

Each of these students were offered jobs before they graduated and were hired because of their significant contributions during their previous work terms with JDI.

Students were able to gain real-world, hands-on work experience during their work terms with JDI and this led to a full-time employment post-graduation.
